Internal alterations to existing Grade 2 listed dwelling.
Following the consultation we advised on all aspects of the listed building and building regulations applications. We prepared initial sketch ideas for client approval and then full detailed drawings included full-scale joinery details where required.
The main external alterations were to the rear kitchen pictured and we suggested completely opening-up the side wall with full-length folding/sliding doors which also had to meet with conservation approval.
We were recommended by the builders and advised them as necessary once the project was on site but we did not carry out any contract administration or site supervision.
