Rear extension & interior fit-out
Conversion of 2No. flats back into a family home, including restoring original features, re-roofing, re-wiring, re-plumbing, re-plastering, fitting a new kitchen and bathrooms and adding a new rear extension (not yet completed).
What did DZ do?
We prepared all design drawings, specified and sourced all interior fittings and project managed the work on site. This included getting specialist joinery made-up, finding and restoring a marble fireplace, designing the kitchen and selecting a stone worktop, choosing all the sanitary fittings and designing the interior layout and décor.
We are in the process of finalising the design drawings for the extension (pictured below) and will submit these for building regulations approval shortly and over-see the building works.

We project managed all the works and liaised with individual suppliers and trades people.
