Large flat roof extension to the rear of a detached house in Worthing.
What did DZ do?
We developed initial ideas for the complete internal re-working of the house including a loft conversion with the addition of a large single storey extension to the rear and a new artist's studio behind the existing garage. Once the designs were agreed we applied for planning permission and building regulations approval on behalf of the client.
Did DZ get quotes from builders?
The client already had builders and a project manager - DZ were employed specifically as designers on this project.
Did DZ get involved in the build?
We visited site on a couple of occasions to deal with client or contractors queries as they arose.
