Golf course feasibility
Feasibility study for a new clubhouse and hotel at a golf club.
What did DZ do?
Working with one of the members we developed his basic ideas from an outline sketch plan to prepare 3-D sketch visuals which we then presented to the committee and the planning officer.
Design issues
The area available to build on was very limited due to the sensitive nature of the site and as such the new building had to wrap around the existing practice green. At the same time we were asked to retain part of the existing building and to allow for phasing of the project.
