The flat had been very badly subdivided in the past with corridors and walls splitting original rooms, two internal bathrooms and original features hidden or missing. The main focus was on re-instating the original features and room proportions as much as possible. The scheme we came up with included the following:
The client coincidentally used one of the builders from our contractors list and we offered some on site advice as required.
