Large Schemes

Although we have set-up to specialise in small scale projects, we do still undertake larger schemes as well when approached to do so. The largest so far was the successful planning application for 65 new flats in Worthing, undertaken for Crest Nicholson. As well as this we have several other large schemes either completed or underway at the moment:

Detailed design for the complete refurbishment and re-organisation of a gym in Hove

With these larger schemes we still try to apply the same principles of high quality service and efficient time management to reduce the time-line from appointment to being on site. With commercial projects time really does cost money so every week taken off the programme is a real advantage to you the client.
