I am looking to convert my loft- why would I use Design Zone instead of a loft converter?

How do I find a suitable builder?

At Design Zone we keep a register of local builders who we have successfully worked with in the past. If a builder does not perform on a job they are removed from the list. Also, if you are unhappy or unsure about anything on your build you can contact us and we will speak with the builders on your behalf.

Do you project manage the work?

Generally we do not but project manage a small domestic project this is always an option that is available to you. The builders will project manage themselves and as long as you have clear quotes, timescales and contracts agreed at the outset there should not be any problems. We can help with any of these issues and can make one-off site visits for a small fee.

How long will it take to get started?

Because we specialise in this type of work, we turn-round the drawings and applications very quickly. When we send you a fee quote it will have an draft programme attached to it. When we are instructed we then pre-book time slots for the work based on this programme so that you know exactly when each stage of the project will be completed.
